"The ladies in the office are fantastic and this review does not reflect their work. I’ve dealt with nothing but headaches when dealing with my only claim ever. Let alone something that was out of my control. State Farm has done nothing but spend all of their time and energy to avoid paying to get my car back to AT LEAST what it was before. While the ladies in house are fantastic, I would not recommend State Farm or any of their services to anyone. Claim process has been untimely. If you don’t go to one of their recommended shops they still place one of their recommended shops as the place you’re filing your claim with. The shop you denied will still continue to call you repeatedly. I asked for my shop to be updated multiple times in which they didn’t. I’ve had to continuously reach out to insurance because there is zero proactive notifications from them unless they’re telling you what they won’t fix. While this is not direct to Adam Jurs himself, this is the service that is sold by him and his team. Please think through thoroughly before going through them. P.S. Progressive was able to get the car directly next to mine (involved in the same incident) resolved in a week."
